Not even close...for me. Others might not think the same. I know there are collectors who value PC copies. Whenever you ask the question "what is a book worth?" there is never just one set answer. It's worth what someone would pay for it, and that can be all over the map. Sure, you can get a consensus from looking at recent sales/auctions, but still...I've seen books go for much higher (or lower) than the "going rate." Hell, I've knowingly overpaid a few times for something I just really wanted and didn't want to wait.
There are lots of Lettered PCs on ebay that never sell.
This guy has been trying to sell this forever. He must work for CD cause he has a ton of PC stuff on there from them or has had in the recent past. He won't budge much on price either and I think he is to high for a PC...

A "Presentation Copy" may well be worth more. ie. Author's copy, Artist's copy, etc., especially with point of issue, signature, inscription or provenance.
A "Publisher's Copy" is generally, though not always, less expensive.

I bought Rage from roughradio and item was also exactly as described.
