I doubt this number includes the uncorrected proof, more likely just the normal ARE, but there are 2,393 copies in print.
I'm seeing if I can find a print run of the uncorrected proof, but since it has no ISBN, it's hard to find.

No, I just had the first (uncorrected manuscript proof). I'm thinking of getting a UK proof also--mainly because I really like that cover.

Im surprised the recent one on ebay didnt end up going for more. Thats the only one Ive seen for sale

It was slightly damaged. I contacted the seller and he happen to have a mint copy he sold me for 70 gbp . Thats what i needed the money for the other night, thus the impromptu sale. He was gonna sell it to another person. So if all goes well with the shipping from UK i will just need to acquire one of the 2nd US proofs.
