    I get all my trades from Camelot. Might cost a little more but it'll be Fine in Brodart. Plus, I usually always have something on lay-a-way with them anyway and add it to the next shipment.

    Costco has them. ~$18 plus tax =$20. I should have an extra or two. Still would take 3-5 days media mail ~$4, or 2 days Priority ~$8-$14 depending on how far from SF Bay Area you are.

    I did. I liked it quite a bit. While most people I talked to liked the third story more, my favorite is THE LIFE OF CHUCK, it's the most unusual one, since the other three stories sound like King (Mr Harrigan's phone reminded me of Low men in yellow coats, Rat of Secret Windows, Secret Garden, and If it Bleeds of The Outsider).
