HostRocket (our hosting service) was attacked last night across several servers. It caused our site to be out of communication for the entire evening.
I noticed last night but decided since it was Christmas, I would wait until this morning to find out what was going on. They almost had it fixed by then.
This site is backed up weekly, every bit-to the hard drive on my computer to make sure we don't end up losing a monster amount of data in the even our hosting service has a major problem at anytime in the future which I really don't expect.

OMG--That would be the main thing I am trying to avoid. It hadn't been Christmas, I would have been rattling that cage big time.

The site has been down most of the day today.
Yep, they had a major intrusion last night. I have been on support (from work) with them all day. Seems that a table was corrupted across the board.
Data is safe and they were very apologetic. Because I started getting very pissed around noon

Yes sir I did. After doing so, there is simply no option to copy. (except Ctrl C of course.)
