    Some people also vote "never read" even if they have read the book but it's been a really long time and they don't remember much, if any of the story. They don't want to give it a low score and drag the average down simply because they can't remember if they liked it or not.

    Well the regulators came last. That is too bad, i have the 1st edition ( UK ) Hardback and have not read it or desperation yet.

    Is regulators really bad ?

    Yes. It took me years to read it. The only way I could get through it was being stuck on a cruise at sea for 5 days with nothing else to read.
