Seems like they are dribbling out. I wouldn't fret (and then it wouldn't do any good) until they post on FB that all notices have been sent out.
Don't panic yet...they have a list of 400 to go through......I would not be surprised if the sending of notifications goes into Monday......

With 4,000 released into the wild from the events along; I'd guess $200-$225. Patience is the key as folks will be asking crazy prices after the first event.

I agree. Not sure of $375 out of the gate, but prices will go down. There are people who will be attending multiple events and will obtain signed copies.
