I recently paid $125 for a full set. $60 for issues 1 - 4 $15 for issues 5 - 7 and $50 for the rest. Granted this was a great deal for the bulk of them but hopefully gives you an idea of what they can be bought for. I see individual issues going for $10 -$14, but thats an expensive way to collect them.

EDIT: Having said what I paid for them, I actually wouldn't let this set go for less than $300. I would also have gone to $100 for the first 4.

I think I'd say more of a "Walk-In" Not as far gone as a Slow Mutie.

Thanks for the edit I was going to ask what the least you would now sell for was. I think I will quote him a fair market value of $540 based off of $10 per issue and offer it to him at $300 firm. Does that sound like reasonable numbers?

As a buyer of a full set, I would be happy with that I think. I'd see it as a GOOD deal, (but not a GREAT deal)

I don't believe the MW piece is of Slow Mutants. Mutants were naked and bald (warts yes, hair no). Still a good piece and one of only a small run MW did for Knowing Darkness.

That is true RF... BUT there are more mutants that we cannot see. They were human once were they not? Maybe there are cloths on some? The clothes in the artwork are very tattered. Be neat to know though for sure. And it is King related as it was in the Knowing Darkness. I love it.

I don't think that $40-50 each is out of line for truly fine unread copies without mailing address stickers. Less than half that amount if they have the address label or evidence of removal.
