ok, thanks. Not having the cristal paper is technically not really impacting the value.

    Anyone looking for this book?

Just one opinion, but you'd be hard pressed to get $2,750.
    Seek other opinions.

$2k is what I’m thinking... maybe $2250. Seems those CD letters don’t do very well lately. Other than IT

I stopped getting them direct from CD years ago because I could get them below issue price on the secondary market. (other than IT)

Nothing beats ordering direct from CD - and paying with a stack of gift-certificates, having been obtained via the 50% (now sadly 25) discount.

These never apply to King signed limited editions though.

Pretty certain that's how I got some of my limited (King) editions....memory's a bit vague on this, but it's actually the main reason I'm a member of the CDCC.
Just checked my CD order history and sure enough, it's how I got my Sleeping Beauties editions - all three of them.
Didn't look back further, but yes, the gift certificates do apply to the King titles it seems.

I know - it seemed a great idea at the time, spending around $100 to save thousands.

Yeah, not sure where the attitude is coming from... The CDCC is a great deal for anyone who buys even just a few books from us each year given the discounts on the books, and the discounted Gift Certificates never expire, so a one year membership to stock up on those could help with purchases for years to come...

Agreed. I will AWLAYS be a member. Just the gift cards alone is worth it. PLUS it helps a small press out AND the ones that does more King books than anyone else... so... not sure why the hate.

Me too. The gift certificates and discounts are great, but getting early access to titles - even if only for a few hours - is the clincher for me.

Even if you don't buy ANY CD titles, they offer a great selection of other publisher's books with discounts between 10-20%. CDCC has saved me more money than it cost every single year I've been a member
