Thanks. I was figuring ~$300. Your buyer (IMO) got a good deal.
Last one sold at Betts was $250

I sold one last week for $800 shipped. I’d say they are sitting pretty at about $750.

I think a PC copy sold by CD went for around $1,000 - 1,100 on eBay a while back. I bought my copy (a contributor copy with a red slipcase instead of the wooden case with the door and with a blank line where the letter goes) direct from Dave at the Overlook Connection for $650.

CD usually gets a bit more than the average seller. I'd put the PC at $750, and a true lettered at $850-$900. The wooden case is quite nice.

    Thank you.

Seller had it listed at 175 GBP......then ebay sends me a "special offer" telling me he reduced it to 150 GBP......then I made a counteroffer of 145 GBP (plus 30.73 GBP shipping) and he accepted.

I've read a few times that some of the "rainbow" hodder mass paperback books are quite rare.
    Would anyone know which?

I don't think that it is, especially given the author's name, but is this book "Stephen King / Clive Barker : the illustratd guide to the masters of macabre"

The same as : "FANGORIA: Masters of the Dark -Stephen King Clive Barker"

Is the first book interesting? Worthy of buying?

    Gday Big B!!
Had a big life change with parents getting older and having accidents, brother with big C etc etc. Had to channel my cash elsewhere. No books, no jackets, and no new motorbikes. Sold a few books to generate some coin and got skinned by EBay and PayPal monopoly.
    Just dipping toes in water....
    Thanks for remembering me mate,
