If the book is NF, that alone is worth $300 - $500 USD. The jacket appears to be in VG- condition. The masking tape on the jacket isn't ideal, but I'd say $200+ for that. In total, about $600 - $700 USD. Maybe offer $500 and go from there?

You are probably right. I saw it on a Dutch auction site yesterday. The auction ended yesterday evening and I got it for about $330 shipped. I probably got carried away because it was sold on a platform where there are no King collectors, or hardly any. The reserve was €250 and that’s what I got it for (plus costs).

Ive got 3 x Gerald's Game ARC all with the cardboard slipcases. 2 have some fading on the spine but overall good condition. Anyone know what they're worth? I've seen somenon ebay which i think are overpriced but who knows. I've also got a Pet Sematary proof i might part with since i have a signed first also.

Those are pretty common. Not at the moment, but a few months ago, I would have said that the Gerald's was worth about 20-45 and Pet Sematary about 75-100 dollars (max)
At the moment, though, I dont see any cheap copies. But then I didn't do any big investigations

I sold one a couple months ago on ebay without a remarque for $875. I think I just got lucky with that one though cause they're usually in the range of $500-$600, maybe a little more.

This one with a remarque went for $660 about a month ago. I think you can do better than that though. The prices fluctuate on signed/unsigned limiteds so much it can be hard to nail down a consistent price range.
