If anyone is looking for some generic traycases, you could get some of these - http://premierecollectibles.com/rare...ollectors-box/
I have some of my rare first editions in them. Not bad for $18

Thought I'd mention it here too that Cemetery Dance is creating some black slipcases that fit multiple books, Relic being one they mentioned, and Ready Player One is very close in size to Relic. If it fits I'll confirm here but not sure when they're shipping.

I am really excited to see what the lettered looks like. So you guys who bought it please post photos. This may be one of the stories I actually shell out the money for on the secondary market.
I am excited that there is interior artwork. I misread the description on the subpress site since I ordered a copy months ago.
I would be willing to go in as well.
If we are talking about a case for the Sub Press The Martian I am in to chip in for one of those as well.
Well looks like I have another project on my hands. I'll talk to Jeff and see what our constraints are for size and foil options.
@Becca: would you want the case like Bills for the S/L? That matches the trade really well but not necessarily the S/L
@All: Do we want pictures or just words? We can look at the aftermarket Slipcase thread in Calvin's corner for others that have been done.
I really like the case idea Becca mentioned for RP1, however I'm thinking a change in the colors might make sense.
I don't mind changing up the color... I just like the design. The yellow does look nice with the trade edition though.
I don't think pictures would work well on these titles (what art were you thinking?). I probably prefer the type only treatment.
Wanted: Human skin edition of The Book of the Dead. Will accept PC copy.
I'd probably be in as well
i'm in also for the RP1 case.
I'm in for a case as well
So I talked to Jeff and he does not have access to a holographic foil but he does have silver glossy foil. You can see that here on my Salems Lot Case.
Also he is limited to plates that are 8' x 5.25" I am going to get creative and see what I can come up with. I am running some things by him now but let's see what I can hatch up when I'm bored on the weekend.
Looks like there are quite a few places that sell the foil. I'm not sure if we could order it for Jeff?? IDK what type of foil he needs... cold/hot, etc.

So after a little back a forth with Jeff we came to the conclusion that his set up is not meant for over-sized cases. For the RP1 case I can only go to a maximum size of 8 inches up and down or left to right so to do the circles on the spine it would look off with a 1" gap on top and bottom since it's a 10.25" tall book. For the Martian we could do just a name plate for the front but we could not add anything to the spine due to size limitations. Anyone just wanting a case with no stamp whatsoever can still request one. I am confidant that he can create the case just the stamp is the issue.
So if anyone knows any other case makers let me know.

What about 2 smaller stamps that combine to make the one whole design?
Would RP1 work with the four circles (not including the Crown logo) centered on the spine and closer together?
And could The Martian just be reduced and closer together?
