I can already say that I don't agree with some of the movies you listed as being the same "type" of movie. They may have the same director, actor, etc., but that doesn't make them the same.

Right. That was, to repeat, only a rough glance. I'm certainly not talking about arbitrarily imposing artificial structure with which other members may not agree while allowing no input -- I'm saying just the opposite. I feel like the way it's set up now is a little biasing.

If that were the case, I would have voted for Dumb and Dumber and Ace Ventura, which I didn't.
