I too, was able to mail in two books for a signature by Sai King - way back when he was doing that! At the time I had very few King signatures; maybe two or three. Last year I sold all of my S/Ls due to money issues. I did manage, however, to keep all my first editions of which some are signed to me personally. The only two books that I kept that are other than First Editions are my Gift Editions of Insomnia (Zeizing) and Desperation (Grant). Here are their signature pages. Not sure why the one went sideways as I had turned it upright!
