These were finally officially released in Argentina. There's an ongoing collection with this artwork.Didnt know where to put this, but someone on facebook shared the first picture below asking where it was published.
After investigation, i think that it's a project from a designer (Caleb Heisey) but those didn't get released.
Would be a nice collection though (especially the spine)

I just out about a german collectors edition of "The Sleepwalkers" with a bust !
There seems to be 2 version of this collectors edition.
One that was originally sold as a 222 limited copies edition, now avail at 250€ on Amazon Germany and the above version, currently at 99 € on Amazon Germany (
