Not a favorite, but still a good book. The fact that SK could create an entire story while the protagonist is handcuffed to a bed is pretty impressive.
Oh shit, our first zero
Not one of my favorites: 3!

This was a terrible book. I didn't care for the story and this was one of the rare occasions I didn't care about a King protagonist. She could still be cuffed to the bed and I wouldn't care.
0. Probably one of only 3 (possibly only 2) zeros I'll give out.
I popped this baby's zero cherry. It took me three tries to read this book and I finally had to go the audio book route.
That dog should've ate her.
I'm not sure I could give any SK book a zero. So I gave this a 1.
Hearts are tough, she said, most times hearts don't break, and I'm sure that's right . . . but what about then? What about who we were then? What about hearts in Atlantis?
wow - not much love for this. I really liked it.
"A real limited edition, far from being an expensive autograph stapled to a novel, is a treasure. And like all treasures do, it transforms the responsible owner into a caretaker, and being a caretaker of something as fragile and easily destroyed as ideas and images is not a bad thing but a good one...and so is the re-evaluation of what books are and what they do that necessarily follows." - Stephen King

Ask not what bears can do for you, but what you can do for bears. (razz)
When one is in agreement with bears one is always correct. (mae)
bears are back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You and me both. I really enjoyed this one. And I know I've said this before, but this book contains the scariest scene ever written for me. Actually I still shudder whenever I think about it.
Sad to see a few zeros. I could never rate a book that low, but I have given out a few 1's already to those I hated.
Only the gentle are ever really strong.
1. The only King book that I stopped reading and never picked up again.
Hard work and the only King book I've never reread. A disappointing 2.
Insanity is relative. It depends on who has who locked in what cage. Ray Bradbury
I really liked it. 4.
