It was very interesting. It contains the back story of how things started. I need to start on Dust but wanted to read some lighter fare first. Howey blogged about At Any Price (romance), so I downloaded and read it in a few hours. Might read some YA then on to Dust.

I am pretty dismayed with my reading prowess this year!
For a guy that spends most of his disposable income on books and collectibles, this is a pretty piss poor showing IMO
I only read 8 books all year long (one was a alternate ending out of the S/N LE of NOS4A2)
I think the main reason for my reading decline is just the competition of many different types of entertainment genres. I certainly spend the most of my hours watching episodic tv. I can hang with the crowd on the film list but I really need to try and do better next year on reading actual books.
Another thing that slows me down (I think) is when I read a non-fiction book. I love reading interesting nonfiction and history, but it really takes me much longer to read them. I guess I am ADD or something. I often get distracted and put the book down.
Next year I VOW to READ MORE BOOKS!
and I am going to finally complete the whole Dark Tower series.

Cool. I'm looking forward to reading them. I try to tell everybody about wool. I love the fact that he released Wool on his own. It gives hope to everybody out there.
