When you are depressed, what helps you? What (if any) are the words that could bring you out of the state of depression?

Yes, I just don't feel the need to put a name on it.

No, this is why I believe. I believe in possibilities. I accept the possibility of anything. The problem is I'm extremely skeptical of everything.

Friends! It's good to be depressed sometimes, isn't it? Words usually don't. The thoughts behind them are more likely to do so.
