Good question. So far it looks like we aren't having any so that's good. In case of a tie, we'll do what was done in the past, I guess, counting stated votes or support for one nominee or the other in the thread. There's really no other way, is there?
I suppose not ...
Or we could ask some of our intrepid directors to cast a deciding vote. Sort of what the US Vice President does in the Senate. And what was done with ties during our Constant Reader Awards (but of course those were much higher-profile polls).

I had my infatuations, but we both know in our hearts who is the sole love of my short, bright life.
I'd like to remain as impartial as I can in these polls, but I'm quite surprised at the results so far. I'm not discounting Firefly, I know it's a very well-liked albeit cultish series, while Mad Men is probably the most acclaimed series currently on TV.
Kind of like The Dark Tower?
Just seeing the question: 'Which Is The Better Series' and seeing Firefly as winning...sends chills down my spine. Is Firefly going to be the Tarantino of this tournament?
