I know who the character is, but how is she an antagonist? Was she in any other books besides The Dark Tower?

It's sort of an old joke in a way.

Greta was not in any other King book. There was discussion of the subject over a year ago. I'm trying to remember where though. If I can find it I'll send you a link.

hahaha I'm not sure if that was supposed to be funny or not, but that argument was awesome! I have never thought of Greta Shaw that way, but I suppose it really does fit.

So I'm sorry, Jean, but if Brice is pulling away his nomination I feel I must add mine: I nominate Greta Shaw

Fourth Pennywise and Big Jim Rennie.
Oh, how I hated Rennie. A sign of a great character - creates a burning hatred (or an equivalent of a strong emotion) of a thousand suns towards him/her/it.

    Second Greg Stillson vehemently.

Hrm, Greg Stillson, Greta Shaw, GS. Hrm.

KIDDING! Wolves love bears! And wolves love to hate Greg Stillson.

Kinda surprised no one has said this yet but my nomination is the Crimson King. In almost any of King's works he influences what occurs and basically is the representation of Satan. but Randall Flagg is a close second
