Managed to get a few copies of the beautiful Croatian limited edition (500) of Norse Mythology. I just need to work out how to post pictures on here!

There was a Facebook reply from PS on launch of Colorado Kid which said the trade only has Dave's cover and endpapers, the deluxe has an extra piece of art for each chapter, 18 in total.
Believe you are correct re Colorado Kid, although no one has it yet to check.
Night Shift is one per story (20?) plus endpapers, covers and slipcase.

Do you mean having JUST the logo on the spine and his name on the front? I think Jeff would do that on one plate, so it's possible. The problem is if the spines are different widths, so central...
I'm about 3/4 of the way through, will probably finish today.
My copy direct from PS also has a small issue with the signature sheet, it is not laid in squarely and it is partially stuck to the follow page. Enough to stop the page opening fully, but not...

Off topic a bit (as it's about slipcases, but not for SK books!) can anyone recommend a good person to design some slipcases for my Neil Gaiman collection that I could get made? All ideas welcome!
