That would be Abraham Lincoln, but it still doesn't make perfect sense.... Because where does Andrew Jackson fit in?

18 = Ulysses S. Grant?
But that doesn't make sense....
I tried letters of the alphabet, as well as Roman numerals, and neither of those work....
Well, then, I have NO idea....

Assuming this is algebra, and you're having actual numbers stand in for letters....
7 must be four times 18, and 1 must be 25 times 7, right?
So say instead of 1, 18, and 7 you substitute A, R,...
