you don't move that way. you have kind of a set position, you search in that area for items and orbs, then click on the next position (numbers at the bottom of the screen) and search that location....

i think my best for headshots was 15 or 16...and that is just because i kept the mouse in the same spot over the right dummies head and clicked everytime it popped up...i know, i am a slackass
