Oh, come on Jean, tell us how you really feel.
But yes, they do, mostly. That's part of why I like them. When I'm in the mood for that kind of book, I know where to go to find it. :D

It's definitely in my top 3.
You might want to try Survivor next. It kind of has the same feel.
I have it, but haven't started it yet.
I can agree with the bear, mostly. You have to really like Chuck's voice in his stories, because it's generally the same. I do like his little "side trips", though, like the cleaning tips in Survivor...
I'm right there with you. I didn't see that at all, and had you not posted that up in the other thread, I never would have known.
It DOES make for an interesting ending, though. Maybe there...
I have a copy of Invisible Monsters but haven't read it yet. Let me know what you think of it - I think Survivor is my favorite so far.
I just picked up the paperback copy of that.
I think your recommendation just moved it to the top of my list.
Just finished Survivor this week and I totally loved it. I think this one is my new favorite.
Ouch.
What Hannah said.
I *just* finished Snuff. It was weird yet good. Typical Chuck.
Have you read Diary yet? I loved that one too.
Choke didn't gross me out at all. And with Haunted, it wasn't so much the individual stories as the story stitching them all together. It got kind of nauseating at the end. Like, don't think about it...
Well, don't read Haunted while you're eating. Trust me. I usually don't have a problem with that but by the time I was 2/3 of the way through the book I could not eat and read it at the same time....
Oh, definitely. I just finished it. Weirdest. Ending. Ever. It's totally classic Palahniuk.
Ooh, that does look good! I'm almost done with Snuff right now - I have to burn through the last 30 pages and find out what happens!
Just finished reading Diary and I have to say this is my favorite so far! I LOVED this book!
Lullaby was fantastic! It was kind of horror meets mystery with a surreal edge to it.
I have a copy of Stranger than Fiction as well. It's on the list!
