I am looking to buy a non-book item that is only shipped within the US. Would it be a breach of protocol to ask for help here, just this one time?

Is adding a US address to my PP account all that's required? It has to be tied to a valid bank account (in the US) as well I think.

I replied to both of your messages, thanks. The copy on eBay is the true and 'limited' (2000 copies?) 1st printing. There's also a much more common version (often mistakenly labeled '1st printing')...

Most of my US purchases are shipped by USPS and if I get a tracking # I can follow the package all the way up to my doorstep in The Netherlands.
