Yes, there was a signing in Bangor. I think there were a couple of hundred signed. Stu Tinker got maybe 20, I bought one from him at the time. I've seen them sell for $250 range.

Yes, the deluxe is signed by King, maybe more importantly, it was the last thing Michael Crichton signed in his pseudonym John Lange. Crichton collectors have
been buying this book since it came out...

Bob, you are right on. I remember the owner of the bookstore I frequented at the time telling me "pick up this Thinner title, it's really King" and there
was no band on it and then there were copies...

I tend to agree with Bob on collecting and investing, I never have bought a King item looking for a return, I'll be honest though, considering what some items have cost, I hope
they at least hold...

I agree, I love the unique quotes "Don't Let the Big Dog Bite", "Welcome to the Wild, Weird West" etc....
