I came in here to nominate The Man in the Black Suit, so I will second it. I will then nominate my second choice, which is Crouch End.
I gave this a 4, only because I didn't love it as much as I loved some of the books I gave 5s. It was a compelling read. I love the way the story unfolded. I'm planning on rereading it as soon as I...
YES! I boo-hoo'd mightily during this book. Finished it with tears running down my face, closed the cover, and sat and cried some more. And to think he thought it wasn't any good. 5 all the way.
I'm almost done with this. I just finished N. and really, really enjoyed it. I'll come back and vote when I'm done.
3 from me. I just didn't enjoy this one as much as I thought I would and I love zombie stuff. I'm not going to say I was disappointed, but it just didn't give me what I was looking for.
I gave this a 4. I wasn't to keen on the ending, but LOVED everything else. Since there's not a 4.5 option, 4 it was.
Who me? Pfft. No!
Well, I mean, I don't think so?
I haven't read it yet. I have a copy on it's way to me--I should get it in the next day or two. If it's only a day's read I'll have to knock it out so I can give it a proper vote.
Pretty much what I was going to say. :)
I gave this a 4. A lot happened in this book. I completely didn't care for the Mia angle, but it was...interesting?
I loved this one. I love the tie-in to Salem's Lot. I love the idea of small town politics. Hated the Mia angle. Still, a 5.
I gave it a 4 because there were at least two stories that I loved (and was frightened by), and the rest were decent.
That's how I got my nickname--Bait N Tackle. At least that's what I want most folks to think.
Will drop everything and dance when "West End Girls" comes on--anytime, anyplace.
I gave this a 3. Liked it, didn't love it, have no real desire to read it again.
I voted Haven't Read. It's sitting on my dining room table right now, in my pile of "Read This in the Next Lil Bit". I remember recording the mini-series on a *gasp* VCR, but I never watched it.
I LOVED this book. I really enjoyed the ghost story aspect, which he hasn't really done terribly much of. It was also one of a handful (or maybe it's a double handful) of his books that scared me...
I'm not sure how many times I've read books I-VI. "Delah." I do know I've only read VII once...maybe twice, but I'm sure only once. I'm towards the middle of SoS right now. I had forgotten that...
Semester over Wednesday. Thank God!
I think I just read this today...it is in Song of Susannah? They're talking to Stephen King in his kitchen. He is hypnotized and speaks just like Eddie. "Dum-a-chum, did-a-chee, not to worry, you've...
