Brian or Dan, on at least one of the Facebook pages, there were a lot of people pointing to the CD order page for Cujo. Though it says "PREORDERS FOR INVITED COLLECTORS ONLY" I think a lot of orders...

I'm rather surprised there are only 8(10). Should be plenty of 1st page blocks in great condition to be found. Looks great though, a beautiful cover.
