I also believe there are two variations of the box with the label on the spine ..either horizontal or vertical (seems like I read this somewhere...But have not seen proof. 1st editions & 2nd editions?
Question? As 130 copies of this book were given away by Barbara Kruger ,Stephen King & (I assume) The Whitney Museum Without boxes was BOOKLAB given the names & address of the people who received...
From A Buick 8 was the last of the Stephen King Library issued & because of the low sales I am sure Buick 8 had a much lower print run & was never reprinted as most book club editions are.
To the best of my knowledge this is the only version of a full "IT" button trifecta.
