I think I'll wait to see how the gift edition does on the secondary market before I dive in on these. I like the idea of a uniform set of high quality books on my shelf.

Sorry if this has been covered already, but will the limitation for the three editions be the same for all six books?

Now....if all the artwork from these six edition were to be available in a portfolio, I would likely be inclined to buy that!

Hmmm... I'm sure they'll be really nice, but these will never trump other editions of the same books in one's collection (except maybe Pet Semetary?)

Yah as with most collectible books its a crapshoot and only time will tell.

I suspect after the initial spike the prices will come down on these. Anthologies don't normally hold their value, plus with all the delays and bad press associated with this particular book I think...

Hodge is a genius - and as good as his novels are he really shines in his short stories. I'd suggest this one to anyone who loves the art of the short story!

It is all speculation at the end of the day, but to me, better judgment would be to avoid buying direct.

I got mine also the only that could have made this any better to me is if it had had a slipcase to protect it. It is a beautiful book.
