I have a paypal dispute on it.

Can the payment be cancelled/reversed?. If it has not been claimed yet, maybe a phone call to Paypal to say that it was sent to the wrong recipient?. Just thinking out loud.

Wow!. That's just NOT cool, Tippy. I've had dead beat buyers before, some from this forum. but to agree on a transaction, pay, THEN backs out and get a refund..... Unless it was an unforseeable...

Been there too, Tippy. I am very tired as well with crappy sellers who do dumb things like that.

Because of that, I still do not own a 1st/1st Carrie. I can't seem to trust any of those unknown...

Just my opinion, of course. I think had the request have been to ship the item in a different carrier or speed than what the buyer had paid for would be to me, an unreasonable shipping demand. ...

Most likely, the seller did not even read the email on packaging that Tippy sent him. I do avoid buying from large volume sellers. They are so busy filling their orders that emails often goes...
