The Collectors edition is a slipcase not a tray case. It's oversized to allow the book and cards to fit

One of Dave's better slipcases, although I do prefer the forthcoming one from CD. I added the Overlook one to the list.

That particular combination is a one off. Other colour combinations may be available - contact Jeff direct.
