Did anyone here get a Disney Mystery Box? Apparently it was offered to those who extended their yearly contract...
My boss and her fam got one, there was some cool stuff in there!
Everything about that finale felt rushed tbh.
There were way way way too many announcements yesterday for me to address individually. Suffice to say that I'm looking forward to all the new Marvel, Star Wars, and Pixar that Disney is putting out...
Sooooooooo who's streaming Mulan this weekend?

The amount kicked to the distributed is VERY SMALL. Their money comes from concessions, upgraded seats, Imax, etc. You go to a theatre you would spend more than $30 for the average family... Not...
It's actually pretty brilliant on Disney's part if you think about it. $30 to rent it, you'll probably go halfers with your significant other or siblings or parents or w/e. Then, Disney gets to keep...
Disney has decided to release Mulan on D+, but get this - they are charging $30 for it! Ohhhhh booooyyyyy
Disney to release Mulan online Sept. 4 on Disney Plus, for $30 in US

Just going to binge the...

Yeah, it will be interesting to see how Disney approaches their content. Like you said Netflix has everything for everyone.. Disney will probably need to tinker with their formula as all their stuff...
I think that Disney+ will overtake Netflix eventually, but they're still at a disadvantage when it comes to content.
It's taken Netflix years and years to cultivate their selection and user base,...
This is what the majority of Netflix's original movies are like.[/QUOTE]
Lol, yeah seriously. I groan when I see new Netflix originals honestly.
Yup, it's not really that far fetched. Honestly Netflix's original content is really not all that impressive save for a handful of programming - and some of thsoe they've already cancelled.
...
This price point is just an entry into the digital space. They'll use it to hook new viewers and steer people towards cancelling their Netflix service.
