The fact that it is remaindered makes me think no good. If you had one or the other sigs possibly, but how do you manage to get both sigs on a book that was after all the tours on a remainder shelf....

Just ask in the 'collecting questions' thread. But short answer is date. The closer to publication the higher the value and the older the sig (Prettier) the higher the value
