Just to (hopefully) clear up any confusion on the UK edition's. There is only the Trade edition and the WHSmith variant cover edition. There is NO special edition from Waterstones. I visited 3 today...

That "exclusive" Waterstones edition of Dr Sleep... wasn't the only difference that it had an additional foreword by SK? If that's the case it wasn't that exclusive, I picked the same book up from...
