They were 10 copies.
4 were already in private collections (?), 4 went for sale and sold, and 2 are hold by Camelott Books not to be sold.
Is that correct?
It seems that the page from the Camelot Books website has been taken down.
Are they all sold?
If i am not mistaken, they will be selling 1 copy out of 10 produced, they are not selling 10 copies :

As becca said, it really depends on how the website is created, but most of them wont hold an item until the actual sale
