Thanks for the replies on the signature. Turns out it is a BCE, I went ahead and got it anyway because of early signature. The dust cover is rough so I'll replace that.

If a person has a 0 or 1 in feedback you can always stipulate in the auction that the bidder has to contact you before bidding, or you can just reject the bids. I've seen this done before on auctions...
