I would think ABE would ban sellers that get too many complaints or refunds but never did the research. Ive learned to be more cautious when buying from there these days

My experience has been better than 50% but seems to be getting worse. Ditto re documentation and asking for verification/detailed description. Have you also found that when you ask for more details...
