I think it is safe to say the Sub Press edition is the more "desirable" among collectors. Lower print run and better construction from what I remember. Keep in mind Slipcase did not come as issued...

There were 200 deluxe copies of the 1st printing and 100 of the 2nd (as well as 300 of the ‘regular’ limited edition of the 1st printing and 400 of the 2nd printing). As for the value, I’d say...
