I just did a compare between the original trades and the set. Apart from the DJ's the books are identical in every way. I would agree with ZombieElvis, at least some of the sets used repurposed...

Much as I hate to admit it, Not every book collector (or even King Collector) is a member of this site. We are a small % of CD's customers.
