Options:

a) We kill enough authors so that the remaining living ones' signatures will fit into the two volumes.

b) They make the two volumes REALLY big with LOTS of pages.

Also, do you have an official release date for the trade editions? My research shows everything from 2006, 2008, Dec 30 2010, Dec 30 2011, and Jan 31 2012. lol Thanks.
