Yep....all three are rare.
Not having a signed copy of BoBD really bothered me.......finally remedied that but it took a while.

As there were no formal signings for 1st editions...
As there were no formal signings for 1st editions of any of those three titles....they are equally rare in my opinion. That said....there was a signing for The Outsider in which later printings were...
