Thank you for the photos! What a stunner.
Sexy looking book. Did the end product have the metal corners and clasp(s)? Maybe I'm not looking hard enough but I do not see them.
*Or is the metal underneath the goat skin?
Thanks for the reply. It has lead me on a google journey regarding book stamps and why magnesium.
The project took about 6 months. Most of that was waiting for the artists to do their magic....
Sorry if I missed this somewhere (if so can you redirect me?) but from start to finish how long did the project take? Also were the artists provided freedom to create the pieces or was there a...
Those are gorgeous. Love the look of the actual books, the stamping, and the art. Congrats, J.
Thanks. It seemed silly to have asked but dust is a real PITA. It makes it's way into my office/library even with the room door closed most of the time and consistent cleaning.
Looking very good, J. Did you find that the glass helps significantly with dust? I'm just curious as I fight dust all the time.
Congrats, Jerome. It will look great with the other pieces.
Looking back at your art from Alex I really like the pinky up on the character. It adds to (what I feel) is a somewhat whimsical feel to him.
Nice addition. It looks to be in pretty good shape. If you don't mind answering I am curious how you plan to display and store this title? Will this be enclosed in a plastic bag?
I was hoping The Stand would be on your list. Thanks for the answer. I will browse through your thread and look for the Last Call.
Great looking collection. Quick question. What book is your favorite in regards to content and production? Just curious as you have so many wonderful editions.
Very cool card! Congrats Mr. Flagg.
The link doesn't work for me however if it's your one item for sale the case is gorgeous.
Very nice. This looks like an awesome item. Congrats.
I love that Salems Lot scene! Very nice.
Do you keep these in storage or is there an intent to display these at some point? Very nice list of items BTW!
Edit: Is the intent to display some of these items?
Very nice especially with the coin dates. Unique.
Looks great and a wonderful photo job.
I looked and there is art by Vincent Chong. Excuse the flash, but here are several images:
