In The Netherlands, and other European countries as far as I can see, it's the only available version sold.
There is also a US edition for international distribution. Book is exactly the same (same ISBN too), but the dusk jacket is not. Differences: ISBN 978-1-6680-3449-1, U.S. $24.00 price, Scribner...
I'm glad to see that the FedEx international shipping worked well then. FedEx Express offered us comparable or in some cases better rates than what USPS could do for us with faster shipping times. So...
Received my copy today (I'm in the Netherlands). Best christmas gift this year, can't wait to start reading! :)
Just got my shipping notice too, hope I'll still have it this year! :)
Thanks :)
Was just wondering if someone knew for sure what edition this would be, or if anyone else has got a similar one.

- the paper of the red-boarded one is noticeably thinner and is more see-through than the...
Any differences between the international and non-international edition?
Why even make this distinction?
Thanks for the info :)
Knowing myself I'll soon be buying one with PTC xD
My copy also has red boards.. (Purchased to replace a true 1st edition in which someone cut out all pages with images on them :O)
I reached out to the publisher for clarification on this issue, but...
I have one without "Permissions to come" but with the full number line, this is not a true First Edition I guess? Is it a BCE or something else?
FYI
Mine is
"Printed in the United States of America by
R. R. Donnelley & Sons, Harrisonburg, Virginia"
Thus different than the one posted.
