All three are the same 9 1/4" height and 6 1/4" width.
NOS4A2 is 1 3/4" thick. I also measured one that I read and it is closer to 2" when not pressed down.
Horn & HSB are both 1 3/8" thick....
Although a Brodart or similar polyester dustjacket cover will help mitigate that.
The font and art aren't exactly the same as the copyrighted fonts and art. They are similar but intentionally different. Fair use comes into play too.

I am a bibliophile and part of that is handling and enjoying my books. I do so carefully, but I can't see buying them and then never looking at them.
