nope--no difference-ALL I can find is the proof without a sticker and the proof with the sticker.
The very first one came from the first one and that is doodled and signed to MIKE and is 776...

Yes I have received both slipcase and traycase versions..

I received my Horns slipcased today. I already received the traycased edition. The slipcased arrived in great shape!!

Got my Traycased edition today #62. Small ding on it. Received an email from PS Publishing. The slipcases will start shipping next week. They just got the slipcases in.
