I'd say retail price of a mint 1st DTI dj is more like $200.... and it won't be an easy find. About 10 years ago Grant was selling them... they have long since sold out.

It's tough to tell without pictures. One sellers VG may be another sellers NF or F. It could go the other direction as well that same copy may another sellers G or poor.
