The debate rages on... I talked to a few people that got 2nd's there. I have not talked to any attendee that got a 1st (personally). Playing devils advocate here... some might have grabbed the book...

My opinion is that it's better to sell them separately. There is a larger pool of buyers when you include those who only want one book.
