Some extra info from the Mod at SKMB:
I've been able to verify that 100 copies were signed for the Science Fiction Book Club and...
2 = second printing.
Glen Chadbourne is doing remarqes in the Limited Edition at CD. ($195)
They do many thousands of the paperbacks, just in short printings. They will be on the second or third printing by now.
The UK paperback was released at the same time as the hardback.

The 1st edition, 1st printing has the number 1 in the middle of the copyright page. A 2nd printing would have the number 2.
The UK paperback is different from the hardback.
