Which edition of HPL is that? I have the latest leatherbound B&N volume, plus the Hippocampus Press three-volume set.
That's a great note!
Just love that cover!
No one with a copy of The Bazaar of Bad Dreams yet? Stephen Colbert's got one.
"Bad Boy"? It's not "Bad Little Kid" anymore? What does the book have?
I'm sure everyone posting their new acquisitions here will love this beautiful essay: http://www.newrepublic.com/article/121560/bibliophiles-defense-physical-books

We have no one who can read Farsi? Would love to know which stories they included, even if it's a bootleg.
You know, earlier in my collecting career I used to wonder why all those "Super-Collectors" had like 10 different copies of the same book. More recently I know otherwise!!! Alas, lack of shelf space...
The first edition cover for Pet Sematary is one of King's best.
Never hear of Grant? How is that possible for a King and DT fan? :onfire:
PS.
The 40th anniversary Carrie edition design just screams small press. Very uninspiring.
That Rushdie book looks amazing!
Let us know what the story is like in the thread in The Oracle, please!
Yes, it is: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%27Salem%27s_Lot
Then this can be added for posterity to our Short Works wiki!
Would love to see the whole letter, seems as though there are descriptions of the three stories included.
