Just watched Taxi Driver last night, and must say I don't understand what all the fuss is about. I keep checking the time left and wondering what the hell the movie was supposed to be about, and considered stopping it half way and asking here if it gets any better. Still don't understand why he was going to assassinate Palatine.

needless to say I can continue to not vote for it with a clear conscience.
